The rain came again today, a big rain, one that brought with it renewal. I stood before the brink, a familiar sight, of gushing waters, endless clouds and torrents of respite. A certain freedom pervades my mind as i stand before nature, embracing it for all it was. Or rather nature embraced me in that brief moment. I cast my umbrella aside as i step out from within my shell, an empty man. Choices that lay before me became ever clear, and the language that had stopped flowing regained its pulse. A flow of literary and spiritual freedom envelops me as i find new strength to fight, to stand before the world anew, a new man, a new spirit. The rain never stopped, it merely flowed ceaselessly, as though my audience never matter, but indeed it never did. Upon this stage i call the world, i let the waters take away the dirt and grime, that has come to envelop me in these times of madness. But alas, the rain does not judge, i am just one pilgrim who came forth to seek solace, and rest it has granted, a certain peace of mind and a calm of heart. The incense that burned brightly in the dull sunset brings about an other worldly sunshine and the world becomes brighter and more colourful. Welcome back to my mind, a renewed one.
